Step 1: Register with Agent
Institute and Study
Course registration is easy and secure. Pre-License
Courses are 100% online and 100% TREC Approved.
Agent
Institute has partnered with 360Training to deliver
your online education. You are required to complete 6
mandatory courses a total of 180 hours. However, if
you have 4 college credit hours in
approved courses,
you will only be required to complete 4 mandatory
courses for a total of 120 hours.
We offer 2 Mandatory Pre-License Packages: Each
package includes everything you need to satisfy TREC
educational requirements. By purchasing one of these
packages you will receive a FREE exam prep book and
receive considerable savings.
180 hour package for $768.00 (without college credit
hours) and
120 hour package for $512.00 (with college credit
hours) |

Step 2: Apply with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)
After you have completed all of your TREC required
courses, send a copy of your college transcript (s) ,
(if any) along with your University of Texas at
Arlington Certificates . . . . to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)
to be evaluated. This is a required step before you
can submit an application for your license. Also,
there is a $20.00 fee for this evaluation by TREC.
This evaluation is good for one (1) year. You will
receive a letter from TREC about a week later stating
that you have completed the educational requirements
and you can now submit an application for an agents
license (salesperson license). Visit the Texas Real
Estate Commission website to obtain the
Real Estate Salesperson Application.

Step 3: Take the State Exam
Once your
application has been received , processed and
accepted, a Candidate Information Brochure (CIB) will
be mailed to you within 48 hours. License examinations
are administered by PSI The CIB will provide all the
information and instructions for making a reservation
to take the examination The CIB also contains study
material and instructions about licensing.
